Jenny has over 20 years of experience assisting and handling pets in small veterinary clinics, and has been at Ocean View since 2004. She was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula, and has an associated degree in art from the Monterey Peninsula College. Animals have been her passion since she was a child. Since 2010 her primary passion has been her rescued Spyhnx cat Roswell (who she hopes to train to become a therapy pet), and with Jenny's special artistic skills, has taught herself how to hand sew many outfits for her hairless friend. Jenny provides Ocean View with her experience, special sense of humor, and love of all cats and dogs both big and small.
Haylie Orloff, Assistant
Junior at CSUMB; major in Biology (Pre-Vet)
Haylie is a junior at CSUMB, with a major in Biology (Concentration in Pre-Vet). Animals have always been a huge part of her life and she has wanted to be a Veterinarian since she was about five years old. Haylie’s true love is horseback riding, and she has competed all over the state in show jumping competitions beginning at age nine. Haylie plans to continue with her education with a general focus in small and large animal medicine. Her passion for this field is nutured by her experiences at Ocean View.
Alison Rodewald, Assistant
Ali was born and raised on the Monterey Peninsula and attended school in Pacific Grove. She is new to veterinary medicine but has been a great addition to the team. She is always smiling and working hard. Ali is a quick learner and her love for animals is apparent.
Ali enjoys hanging out at the beach, hiking, listening to “good” music, and camping. Motor sports are also a passion for Ali. Ali has an extended family of pets. Pooches include Nico, Beckham, and Chico and the purring siblings are Miss Pippin, Leo, and Baxter.
Natasha Sinkler, Assistant
Hartnell Community College Animal Health Technology (AS) and Transfer Studies (AA) Graduated 6/10
Natasha came to us as an intern in January of 2010 finishing her Animal Health Technology Degree. She graduated in June of 2010 and became a full time veterinary assistant. In her free time she likes going to the beach and hiking with her boyfriend Antwann and her dog Tyson. She also adopted two kittens, Jasper and Bennie, from Ocean View this summer. Within the up coming year, she hopes to become a licensed veterinary technician.
Sara Wiese, Assistant
Michael Wulf, Assistant
Michael is a new team member, a native of Southern Illinois. He joined the Marine Corps in 2007 and was stationed in Hawaii. Michael is currently a student with hopes of attending the University of Illinois for Veterinary Medicine. Michael’s hobbies include motorcycle riding and spending time with his family and “Raven”, his awesome dog.
