OUR TEAM'S CORE VALUES

Team Members must love animals and want to help them and their owners live a long healthy and happy life together. They must keep active and participate in continuing education to improve their skills. Staff members must be cheerful and positive about the workplace, animals, and clients. They must work together to fix the problems that arise. The staff scheduling is flexible so that people who are working want to be here. We will train staff and volunteers that want to learn more about veterinary medicine. We strive to have employees that keep busy preparing for the busy times in the hospital even if it is not busy. We also need people who can handle the stressful times during emergencies and busy periods with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
