Jasmine Hornbeck, Front Desk Supervisor
Since 2004, Jasmine has been the anchor of our front desk. She is our client service representative extraordinaire. She has many years of management and customer service experience locally and in Las Vegas. She helps to maintain a level of organization during busy and critical times at Ocean View. Jasmine particularly enjoys the family atmosphere at the hospital and nurturing the client/patient/hospital relationship. Jasmine is great fun to be around and a treat to work with.

Jasmine was born and raised in this area and is a true local. She lives with her husband, two hilarious children and two scruffy terriers named Elke Sommer and Zero Mostel. That is all Jasmine has allowed us to write. Buy the book!

Crystal and Bruce (her dog) are new to Pacific Grove.  Crystal’s future goals include: getting her masters in Psychology and working with the elderly and people living with chronic illness along with specializing in animal behavior and pet therapy. 

Crystal enjoys running and hiking.  She joined the Ocean View team in 2011 and is very excited and enthusiastic!

Lori has the kindest heart and we are happy to have her back after extended maternity leave. Her son Nico is her only “animal” at home right now and Lori is not planning on adding to her pack.

Lori is a brilliant artist and can work wonders with many types of media whether it be photographs, acrylics, oils or combos of whatever she can get her hands on.
