| STEP 1. | Contact us to get a unique serial number for each of your pets. |
| STEP 2. | Usually within 48 hours you will be able to log-in with your serial number using the word "password" as a temporary password. |
| STEP 3. | Follow the instructions to create a profile, including creating a new personal password. |
| STEP 4. | Log back in using your personal password. It is necessary to do this for each of your pets initially. |
